Food For Thought

Let’s talk about health and healing, the politics of health and medicine, and what is working and not working.

Love Your Food Again

By Karen Ferguson

Love Your Food Again.

Well, that’s my experience.  Friends with food, that’s me. I’m Karen from Kalifornia, not clever, but usually as straight forward as possible. I’m on the journey to find out what works for you and then what works for me because I can use the help and figure I’m not alone.

I find this opportunity exciting and a challege to show up consistently, tell the truth and not be attached to the outcomes. Sure hope you can join me upon occasion and that we can forge ahead, gleefully.

My best to you.

It has taken me years to unlearn much of what I learned about psychology and health. Suffice it to say, I believe in home schooling, the work of Price, Fallon, Enig and Cowan and one's right to be happy in one's life. My husband and I live in Sunnyvale, CA with seven fabulous cats. They teach us to take a nap when the urge strikes, to eat heartily when hungry and to stretch into the new day. La Vida es Bueno!
